Frank Health Insurance – Voice App

Frank Health Insurance believe that life and health insurance don’t have to be hard. That’s why they make things ‘easy as’.

BACKGROUND

Health insurance is a notoriously complex category, which often leads to Frank’s youth focussed audience to switch off and put their health insurance into the ‘too hard basket’. Frank are always looking to find ways to make the category easier to understand so more people get the cover they need.

TENSION

How do we get people to develop a better understanding of health insurance, when the category is so laden with confusion and complexity.

APPROACH

We developed the first voice app for the PHI category. Designed for members and non-members alike, people could easily ask a question of frank, and they’d receive an easy-to-understand response. Deployed via Google cloud, not only is it an ‘easy’ bit of utility that anyone can access, it is a clear articulation of frank’s brand ethos.
